About Data Sets

This is the ProteomeCommons.org Data page. We're trying to make as much proteomics data publicly available as possible, including both data that is published in peer reviewed journals and elsewhere. If you are interested in uploading your own data, please request a Tranche account. We also have an excellent mechanism for pre-publishing data so that reviewers and collaborators can see it and later making the data public.

Search for data (All On-line Data, All Data Sets)

Please cite data that you use. It'd be great if you cite the ProteomeCommons.org, but more importantly at least those who generated the data and are making it freely available. You'll find appropriate citations included with search results.

Not sure what to search for? Try searches for authors such as "Jake Jaffe" or organelles such as "Zymogen Granule". Don't forget to check the "Only return results with on-line data" if you are looking for datasets.

Optional Criteria:
Only return results with on-line data:
Project status: public     pending release     encrypted     Any

More information about the ProteomeCommons.org Data Project

Here at ProteomeCommons.org we think that proteomics data, particularly published data, should be easily available. If you are generating data, you shouldn't have to worry about how you'll share it with colleagues. If you want data, you shouldn't have to jump through any hoops to get it. And finally, you shouldn't have to worry about reformatting your data before putting it into the repository and you should get the benefits of a distributed file repository.

Sound good? Here is more information about our efforts. If you just want some data, use the search box below.
