Share Your Upload

We ask that you share your FASTA database uploads with us, so that they can be published on our FASTA Downloads page. Please send all of the following information about your upload to us at proteomecommons-tranche-users@googlegroups.com:

• Your information
• FASTA Database Name
• Database version (either upload date or version number)
• Tranche hash
• Web link that contains information about what you've uploaded, including how to parse the FASTA file(s).

Citing The Uploaded FASTA Database

Note that the reference you make to a FASTA Database will always remain valid. The data uploaded to Tranche will never be deleted and will always be available for download.
