Active user requests

An active request simply means that the request hasn't been resolved yet. There are two kinds of active requests:

  1. An open ticket, which means the user request is in the queue to be addressed.
  2. A requests in progress, which means the user request is currently being addressed by a developer.

Please note that user requests may take time to address varying with complexity of requests and current workload.
